Our shipping policy officially changed on 1-1-08 (you can view our policy here), but we are working hard to pick up the shipping charges on almost all orders.
Free shipping is always available when a minimum of diamond blades are purchased. To that end, we have specially priced a variety of blades here. If you don't see the blades that you need, be sure to call us and we'll put a package together for you. The diamond blade prices on the "free shipping" page are only available when purchased together with a saw or other piece of equipment.
The best way to get the lowest possible shipping price is to call us at (800) 248-6555. We're always happy to hear from you. We've got some wiggle room on some of our saw prices, too, so make sure to call; we'll give you a better price if we can.
